At the east end of this beach, the Walrus and the Carpenter run Morse et Marteaux. At the west end, the oysters finally got their reply.

Downstairs is the WitZuit Canteen. On the sand is the WitZuit Beach Bar. Upstairs is this room, and it keeps three lives.

One room, three lives

By day

A games café and cocktail bar. Shelves of board games, a proper cocktail list, and a better view than any game table has a right to.

By booking

A fully accessible hall for 150. Weddings, banquets, business functions, community gatherings, and festival suppers.

Behind the door

Meroir, our events kitchen. It wakes for a confirmed headcount and cooks for the room, and only for the room.

When it rains

The beach doesn’t empty. It empties upward.

Up the stairs you’ll find a warm room, the games, the coffee, and a full menu until the sun comes back.

Les Mardis du Pavillon

A Tuesday series of concerts, comedy, and karaoke, and once a month an Acadian kitchen party, the party de cuisine this coast was hosting long before anyone sold tickets to one. Supper-and-show plates come up from Meroir.

Festival suppers

At each Shediac Wonderland festival, Le Pavillon seats 150 for a supper of its own: the Shediac Mascarade (28 to 30 May), the Shediac Renaissance Faire (20 to 22 August), and Afterland (1 to 3 October 2027). Supper tickets are sold separately.
